To find out your measurements, and therefore your garment size, take a tape measure and measure yourself as shown below:
Measure horizontally, at the point of the breasts. Hold the tape measure loosely against your body.

Measure horizontally at the deepest point of the abdomen. The tape measure should be held loosely against the body.

Take the measurement at the strongest point of the pelvis (generally at buttock level). The tape measure should be held loosely against the body.
