Return policy for the holiday season!

In order to facilitate the lives of all, we accept exchanges and returns from the holiday until the end of January. The condition of the goods must respect the conditions listed below but we extend the permissible period until the end of January.

The purchase made in store

All items purchased in store can only be exchanged or reimbursed in the store. Any regular price item is exchangeable or refundable within 14 days of the date of purchase, under the following conditions:
• the receipt must be presented at the fund;
• The item is equipped with the original label;
• The item is neither worn nor washed and is devoid of spots, tears, alterations, hair, animal hair and perfume.

All underwear, care and beauty products as well as the items on sale are final sales.

The promotion or discount are not twin.

No refund will be granted to rectify the price following a discount announced after purchase.

The value of rewards of the reward program used during a purchase are neither transferable nor exchangeable or refundable following a return of goods.

Purchase made online

Tell us by email within 5 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with an authorization number.

The item must be returned with the receipt, must have the label and be in the same condition as when you bought it, ie: new (never worn), without task , tearing, addicted, hair or perfumes. All underwear, care and beauty products as well as the items on sale are final sales. Gift cards are not refundable. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

For an online exchange all delivery charges will have to be assumed by the customer. For a defective item or a handling error, we will pay the return delivery as well as sending the exchange item.

We will not be responsible for lost packets or sent to the wrong address.

The refund will be done with the same method of payment used when buying online. Returns are made upon receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or refund will be made. In case the goods can not be exchanged, we will refund you.

It is possible to exchange or be reimbursed in store with your original receipt.

We keep the right to refuse a return or an exchange if the goods do not meet our return policies.
